Association Document Request

Please use the form below to request HOA documents. The most commonly requested documents are Covenantsany Amendments to CovenantsBylawsArticles of Incorp., and Meeting Minutes. They are available in a pdf format on our association webpage under the "HOA Documents" section.

Document Delivery

Association records prepared during the current fiscal year: 10 days following receipt of the request.
Association records prepared during the previous years (max 7yrs): 30 days
Minutes: within 30 days of the meeting.
Membership list: 5 days.


Charges for Documents

Copying and Mailing. The association may bill the requesting member for the actual cost of copying and mailing. The association shall inform the member of the amount and this shall be paid prior to copying and sending .

Redacting. The association may bill a requesting member up to $10.00 per hour not to exceed $200.00 per written request, for the time involved in redacting an enhanced record. These costs shall be prepaid.
